We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange or Return.
To be eligible for an Exchange or Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For products purchased using Discount Codes customers must pay for Return Shipping costs in order to Exchange or Refund.
- As long as all of them (except the one pair you tried on) are still in the original sealed packaging we can exchange/refund all of them for you.
- Put a big "X" on the packaging of the one you opened so we know which ones they are - they will be sent to a material recycling plant.
- As a once-off, please find attached a fully paid shipping label so that you can send them back to us.
- All you need to do is print and stick the label on a satchel with the underwear inside (you can even use the one we sent your order in), and pop it in a Post Box or drop it off at an Australia Post Office.
