With your help, we can provide all women with access to multiple pairs of underwear, just like they deserve.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange or Return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders made using a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Exchange/Returns Process:
- As long as all of them (except the one pair you tried on) are still in the original sealed packaging we can exchange/refund all of them for you.
- Put a big "X" on the packaging of the one you opened so we know which ones they are.
- All you need to do is ship it back to us.
